This morning Apple released iOS 8 beta 5 for developers, which also included a new version of Apple TV software, beta 4. This version includes support for Family Sharing and is also able to help developers test AirPlay and HomeKit with their iOS apps.
iLounge has shared a new image of this beta 4 installed on Apple TV and it also brings a revamped interface, showing flatter icons that resemble iOS 7 and also new fonts. Check it out below:
It’s been a long time coming for Apple TV to get a new interface similar to iOS 7, and it looks to be coming publicly when iOS 8 is released this fall.
Earlier this morning a rumour stated a new NFL channel would be making its debut on Apple TV this week.
