Apple has just pushed out iOS 8.4 for download (on time at about 8AM PDT, as expected), which brings support for Apple Music, when the latter launches later this morning at 9AM PDT/12PM EDT.
You can install iOS 8.4 right now over-the-air, by visiting Settings > General > Software Update on your iPhone or iPad.

What about people on iOS 9 Beta? is it just supposed to be enabled?
iOS 8.4 beta 4 is showing an OTA update to the final release. Check your iPhone and let us know if you see the same!
Im on iOS 9 beta 2, just checked but there is no update OTA:( Music app shows Radio section but its not active.
This morning I downloaded the update for itunes I set it up on my desktop.
I checked my phone again and realized it was also working on it. If you are still checking this.

Are you logged in with a Canadian account? I’m still not getting any iTunes updates though I have run the Yosemite 10.10.4 update.
itunes isn’t updated, he just means he was able to update to iOS 8.4 through iTunes
Ya, Canadian account and I updated through iTunes 12.1 but it took forever since iTunes downloaded the entire iOS at 2.2 gigs but it was worth it. NOW…if only Apple would push iTunes 12.2 so I can listen on the PC!!!!!!! Grr!
