iOS 13’s Audio Sharing Feature Coming to All W1-Equipped Beats Headphones

The Audio Sharing feature debuting in iOS 13 will soon be coming to all headphones equipped with Apple’s W1 chip.

One of iOS 13’s neatest features in iOS 13 is Audio Sharing, which allows users to easily share their audio with a friend via Bluetooth, letting people listen to the same music, watch movies together, and more.

While the feature was announced to work only with AirPods and Powerbeats Pro, both of which contain Apple’s H1 chip, a new report from Engadget claims that Audio Sharing will also be available to all Beats headphones that use a W1 chip: Beats Studio3 Wireless, BeatsX, Powerbeats3 Wireless, and Solo3 Wireless.

According to the report, the Audio Sharing feature will roll out to the aforementioned headphones on September 23rd, the day before the release of iOS 13.1.
