The flanker brands of Rogers, Telus and Bell continue to tweak plans ahead of the official Black Friday shopping frenzy, with Fido, Koodo and Virgin Plus all magically debuting a $39/60GB plan.

You’ll note that Fido has a new $44/80GB plan, while Virgin Plus now just has one data, talk and text plan.
These Black Friday plans aren’t great, especially when today Public Mobile (Telus) debuted Canada-US-Mexico roaming plans to match Freedom Mobile.
