Telus-owned Koodo is offering up some plans for existing users to switch over to ahead of Black Friday.
Here are some plans being offered to customers that are on the $45/60GB Black Friday plan from a couple of years ago. Prices below include the $5/month auto-pay discount:
We’ve seen some of these plans creep up before, but the $60/100GB 5G option has gained Canada-US for talk, text and data, compared to this summer. $55 will also get you 85GB or 100GB of 5G data, whereas this summer it was only 70GB. So it looks like the data buckets just keep going up.
These plans for existing customers are the only way to get 5G speed plans from Koodo, which axed them for new users back in May.
We may see better Black Friday plans available in the next two days. Your best bet is to hold the line and wait to see what happens.
