How to Watch WWE Raw on Netflix in Canada

Starting Monday, January 6, 2025, WWE fans in Canada can watch WWE Raw live on Netflix, along with other major WWE shows like SmackDown, NXT, and premium events such as WrestleMania and Royal Rumble. This is part of a major 10-year deal announced a year ago.
This is the first time WWE’s flagship programs will be available on Netflix. Here’s a breakdown of what this means and how you can watch WWE Raw in Canada.
WWE is teaming up with Netflix to stream WWE Raw live every Monday, starting January 6. Canadian fans will also get access to other WWE programming, including SmackDown and NXT, as well as major pay-per-view-style events like WrestleMania.
Episodes will be available live or shortly after the broadcast ends, with the option to download them 48 hours later for offline viewing. Right now, there are already 12 seasons from the WWE Vault on Netflix.
How to Watch WWE Raw in Canada
To watch WWE Raw in Canada, all you need is a Netflix subscription, as WWE programming is included with all plans. If you already have Netflix, you’re good to go, but if not, you can sign up on their website.
WWE Raw streams live every Monday at 5pm PT/8pm ET in the “Live & Upcoming” section on Netflix.
If you miss the live broadcast, episodes will be available to watch shortly after they air. Also, Netflix allows you to download episodes, two days after they stream for offline viewing.
What’s Special About WWE Raw on January 6?
The first live episode of WWE Raw on Netflix will stream from the Intuit Dome in L.A. and feature a pretty stacked lineup to get fans to tune in:
- Roman Reigns faces Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat Match.
- CM Punk takes on Seth Rollins.
- Rhea Ripley challenges Liv Morgan for the Women’s World Championship.
Big WWE names like John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, and Logan Paul will also appear, alongside some surprises.
This is the first time in WWE Raw’s 31-year history that it will hit a streaming platform like Netflix. Canadian fans get an easy way to follow WWE every week without needing cable TV or extra subscriptions. Beyond Raw, Netflix will also add SmackDown, NXT, and WWE’s biggest events to its lineup, making it a central hub for wrestling content.
Let’s hope Netflix servers can keep up with huge demand and don’t melt, as the company has likely learned from its live Mike Tyson versus Jake Paul fight and also its Christmas Day NFL live coverage.

Tyson vs Paul had 60 million households tune in…RAW, or any WWE event for that matter, will likely never get those kinds of numbers. Triple H (current head of WWE creative) has gone on record as saying that if they get enough people tuning in to get the issues that Tyson vs Paul had, he'll be a very happy man. Wrestling is still much more of a niche audience, I'm hoping that they'll be fine.
