Fido Sets End Date for its 60GB and 80GB Plans

Rogers-owned Fido has set an end date for its plans with 60GB and 80GB data.
Here are Fido’s plans as of today, April 1:
- $35/3GB
- $37.50/2GB
- $39/60GB + unlimited calling to select countries (ends April 14)
- $55/80GB + unlimited calling to select countries (ends April 14)
As you can see the end date for these two plans are set for April 14.
The $39/60GB ‘promo’ plan is also being offered by Koodo and Virgin Plus. Let’s take a look at their plans as of today as well…
Koodo (after autopay)
- $25 pay-per-use data
- $39/60GB (there’s an unlimited long distance perk)
- $54/80GB
Virgin Plus
- $39/20GB
- $39/60GB + unlimited calling to select countries
- $55/80GB + unlimited calling to select countries
Both Koodo and Virgin Plus do not have end dates for their 60GB and 80GB plans, but you can bet once Fido makes changes, they will likely react as well.
Starting on April 8, some Fido customers will start seeing their monthly wireless bills increasing by $3 per month.
