New iOS 19 Leak May Reveal Apple’s Biggest Redesign Yet

Front Page Tech just dropped what it calls the biggest iOS 19 leak yet, revealing a much more complete and polished version of Apple’s upcoming software update.

The leak comes after Apple insider Mark Gurman questioned the authenticity of FPT’s earlier preview, claiming they had either faked it or shown an old, incomplete build. In response, FPT says they got their hands on a newer internal version, showing changes not seen before—and yes, they took the criticism personally.

The new leak seemingly confirms that iOS 19 is getting a major visual overhaul that leans into the VisionOS design style from Apple’s Vision Pro headset. This includes more fluid animations, bouncier UI elements, and a revamped camera app, music app, and Messages layout.

One standout detail: while previous builds didn’t show the rumoured round icons, this version reveals Apple may be hiding new, rounded icons underneath old ones to avoid attention if the device is seen in public. FPT says the icons have a corner radius of about 30 — not full circles, but not the usual squares either.

Other changes include a new bottom search bar in Messages, an updated tab-style navigation across native apps, and subtle shimmering effects when moving the phone — all meant to give iOS a more glassy, futuristic look. Search in Messages has moved to the bottom:

Control Center remains largely the same, aside from minor design tweaks to volume and brightness sliders.

Here’s a new “Tab View” for the bottom row of Apple’s apps:

One new feature was also revealed: dual camera recording on iPhone 17 Pro models, letting users film with the front and back cameras at the same time — something Android phones like the Galaxy S4 introduced over a decade ago.

FPT says iOS 19 isn’t a radical usability shift but is meant to modernize the visual experience while keeping things familiar for everyday users. The update is expected to be officially revealed at Apple’s annual WWDC in June:

Gurman has reacted to this latest FPT ‘leak’ by again reposting his original reaction from March 25 (that should be a silent troll towards FPT):

Ability to film front and back..that is so old. There are apps that can do that for many years. I tried it and don't use it anymore.

Circles for app icons eh? Not sure that qualifies as a major redesign, as Apple has been obsessed with curved edges for years.

If you want to make extra money without leaving your house, this might be perfect for you. I started this part-time online job three months ago and last month, I earned $18,654. I didn’t need to be a tech expert or have any experience. The work is easy and the hours are flexible—I do it when I have time. All I had to do was sign up and follow a few simple steps. If you want to try it too, just go here and follow the instructions. It could be your next big thing.
