Telus ‘Winback’ Deal Offers $30/100GB 5G Plan for Some
Did you jump ship from Telus lately? If you did, a sweetheart ‘winback’ plan might be available to bring you back to the company.
Some of the latest Telus ‘winback’ offers include a $30/month plan with 100GB 5G data, for use in Canada. This plan was offered to a former Telus customer in Quebec, according to RFD.
The base plan is $45/50GB, but there is a 50GB per month bonus added to take it to 100GB. After the $10 pre-authorized debit discount, that takes it down to $35. An extra $5/month discount is added for 24 months, lowering it to $30 per month. As for the $70 connection fee, that was waived.
Others chimed in to say they tried to get this same “winback” plan in B.C., but it was quoted at $35/month (typically Quebec wireless pricing is lower than the rest of Canada because of competition from Videotron).
Again, it’s always good to talk about the latest ‘winback’ offers so you know what’s currently available if you’re thinking of trying your luck to land a deal.
Yesterday, we saw Rogers and Fido offering ‘winback’ deals of their own, ranging from $25/month for a plan with 40GB data. This Telus plan has more, but is priced higher.

How is it.. you can be with Telus for 10 plus years… yet a new costumer on day 1 gets a better deal.
You call customer retention .. tells you they can not match that deal.
Bye Bye Telus ..
I know! They must have stats to show most customers do not bother to switch as long as they offer a plan within a certain range of the market offerings.
Yes, they don’t even care if you if you tell them you’re leaving. Then you leave, oh we want you back. Then it looks good on their numbers that they had “new” subscribers.
It's all Telus influencers on RFD. No such plan exists. I called their loyalty team. They advised it as fake article.
