Disney+ has launched ‘Disney+ Perks,’ an ongoing rewards program for its Canadian subscribers.
The streaming service says it is the first major player in Canada to introduce a continuous rewards system, offering discounts and a chance to win a vacation.
Subscribers can now access several launch offers, including a chance to win a five-day trip for up to four people to the Disneyland Resort’s 70th Celebration, which covers airfare, hotel, park tickets, and a $600 USD Disney Gift Card. (The contest ends October 26, 2025, and excludes Quebec).
Other offers include $10 off an order of $20 or more across the SkipTheDishes network, 20% off Bôhten eyewear, 20% off Three Ships all-natural skincare, and exclusive wireless deals for new Rogers customers.
The Rogers wireless 5G deals include a $60/month plan for 175GB (Canada-US-Mexico) or a $75/250GB plan that includes Canada plus 64 additional international destinations (its global plan). This works out to savings of $20/month on both plans. It’s worth noting the $60 plan includes Mexico roaming, whereas the Rogers website’s $80/175GB plan does not.
To claim these perks, you just need to log into your Disney+ account at perks.disneyplus.com. The Rogers perk will give you a one-time promo code to use.
“With Disney+ Perks, we’re going beyond streaming to surprise and delight our Canadian subscribers in new ways,” said Jason Badal, VP, General Manager, Disney+, in a statement to iPhone in Canada on Monday.
The company stated that new perks will be added in the coming months. The program requires an active Disney+ subscription and enrolment and is currently unavailable in Quebec. So again, this perk program aims to keep Disney+ customers actively subscribed, despite increasing prices nearly one year ago.
Disney+ plans start at $8.99/month in Canada for the ad-supported plan, while the Standard plans are $12.99 and the top Premium plan is $15.99 per month. Annual plans are available for the Standard and Premium options at $129.99 and $159.99 respectively.
