In a recently published YouTube video, Aaron from zollotech made in-depth comparisons between all of the currently available Apple iPhone models to help buyers determine which one they should purchase.

At the time of this writing, Apple is selling the iPhone SE, iPhone XR, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPhone 12 Pro Max online and through Apple Stores.

Write off the bat, Aaron notes that there are a variety of different screen sizes, form factors, and, more importantly, price points for customers in 2021 to choose from.

Aaron proceeds to take us through all the main reference points for comparison for each iPhone model. He covers everything from camera quality and processor/memory performance to heat generation and even 4K video export capabilities.

Towards the end of the video, Aaron concludes that the iPhone you purchase should be dictated by a balance between your budget and the features you are looking for.

If you can’t part with the convenience of having a fingerprint sensor on your phone or are on a tight budget, the iPhone SE 2 is the iPhone for you. The 2nd-gen iPhone SE has the same A13 Bionic chip that powers the iPhone 11, so you are going to be in good hands.

If you’re looking for a larger screen, bigger battery, and/or Face ID, the iPhone XR is the way to go. If you’re looking for a (much) better camera but want to stay at a similar price point, you can spring for an iPhone 11 instead.

However, if you want the latest and greatest (and can afford to shell out a pretty penny for it), the iPhone 12 lineup is yours to choose from. The iPhone 12 lineup is the absolute best Apple has to offer at the moment, with the iPhone 12 Pro Max being the cream of the crop.

If you want (almost) everything the iPhone 12 family has to offer but also want to shave a couple hundred off your purchase, there’s always the iPhone 12 mini.
