Freedom Mobile is reaching out to recently departed customers with a new ‘winback’ offer that offers talk, text and 5G+ data in Canada, US and Mexico for $29 per month. Winback offers are special deals given to former customers to bring them back to the company.
One former customer said they received the deal by email (dubbed a “limited time offer”) and urged others who recently left Freedom to check their inboxes, according to RFD. Those looking to jump on the offer get a one-time use promo code to apply the deal online.
The limited-time promo includes 60GB of data for use across North America for $29 per month, after the autopay discount. The plan also includes a one-time 5GB Roam Beyond data bonus (not monthly), giving access to international roaming in over 100 destinations.
But the plan can get cheaper if you subscribe to Freedom Home Internet, which takes it down to $25 per month. The $45 connection fee is being waived as well and the offer is only available to users who bring their own phone.
