Telus Now More Expensive Than Rogers and Bell After Latest $15 Price Hike
We’ve been closely following the cellphone plans from Rogers, Telus and Bell for February 2026, and the telecoms have tweaked pricing yet again.

Rogers
- $60/60GB
- $65/100GB
- $75/175GB Canada-US
- $95/250GB Global (64 destinations)
Rogers hasn’t changed anything as plans have stayed the same. Its 60GB plan is now cheaper than what’s available from Telus.
Telus
- $75/60GB (was $60; +$15)
- $75/100GB
- $85/175GB Canada-US
- $105/250GB Global (68 destinations)
- $115/unlimited 5G+ data (was $105; +$10)
Telus meanwhile has increased the price of its 60GB plan, up $15 to $75. This is now more expensive than the same plan being offered by Rogers and Bell. Also going up in price is the unlimited 5G+ plan, now at $115/month which doesn’t include any roaming (up from $105). Also, the $65/80GB plan has been eliminated. The company’s global roaming plan is also $10 more than the same plan from Rogers and Bell.
Bell
- $65/100GB (-$5)
- $75/175GB
- $95/250GB Global (65 destinations)
Bell has trimmed its bring your own device offerings down to just three plans. The 100GB plan sees a $5 discount to $65 (was $70). Also, the $60/60GB plan has been axed.
Freedom Mobile (All Canada-US-Mexico)
- $34/10GB + 1GB Roam Beyond (120 destinations)
- $39/70GB + 5GB Roam Beyond (120 destinations)
- $49/100GB + 15GB Roam Beyond (120 destinations)
- $59/150GB + 25GB Roam Beyond (120 destinations)
- $69/200GB + 30GB Roam Beyond (120 destinations)
- $79/250GB + 35GB Roam Beyond (120 destinations)
Meanwhile, Freedom Mobile hasn’t changed anything yet, as their plans have remained the same since we last checked. What is new is the addition of 888 long distance minutes as part of its Lunar New Year promo.
