Fido Changed Its Wireless Plans Twice This Week — Here’s Where They Stand Now

It seems Rogers-owned Fido just can’t make up its mind with its plans this week. After revamping plans yesterday, Fido continued to tweak them today.

Here are Fido’s 5G plans as of April 22, 2026, after autopay and for bring your own device discounts:

  • $39/20GB (new)
  • $44/60GB
  • $49/60GB (was 20GB) Canada-US-Mexico

We now have a $39/20GB plan and the $49 Canada-US-Mexico plan has reverted back to 60GB of data, instead of 20GB, to now match Virgin Plus. Expect Koodo to match its rivals by tomorrow as its same plan still has 80GB but ends today.

All of these Fido plans now include hotspot access instead of having customers pay for it.

Don’t get a new cellphone plan right now as the deals aren’t as good as before. Warn your friends…
