WWDC 2017 Keynote Roundup: What You Need to Know [Sticky]

Apple’s WWDC17 kicked off yesterday with the company’s keynote. If you didn’t get a chance to check out the live stream, the replay can be seen here.

Aside from previews of the next versions of iOS, watchOS, tvOS and macOS, the announcement of the HomePod is probably the most exciting, as Apple previewed new hardware coming in December–but unfortunately not for Canada at launch (U.S., UK and Australia only). The company also refreshed its Mac lineup with faster processors and graphics, and also debuted the 10.5-inch iPad Pro.

Ordered the new MacBook Pro fully loaded for $6000.. arrived today with a faulty screen (vertical lines). Not at all surprised, though you’d think for $6000 apple would put a little effort in to quality control.. or actually, no, no they wouldn’t. I’ve returned so many apple devices over the years, it’s clear quality control is on the customer’s end.
